These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Jurfi as a free browser-based legal document studio for drafting, reviewing, and exporting practical legal templates.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Jurfi as a free browser-based legal document studio for drafting, reviewing, and exporting practical legal templates.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Jurfi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any clearly linked policies that apply to the site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Jurfi is a browser-based legal document studio that helps users prepare structured working drafts of privacy policies, terms of use, cookie notices, disclaimers, commercial agreements, letters, and other practical legal documents.
Jurfi is intended to accelerate draft preparation, review, and export. It is designed to support clearer structure and more efficient working documents, not to eliminate the need for judgment, review, or legal responsibility.
3. Free service
As of the date of publication of these Terms, Jurfi is provided free of charge.
We may modify, expand, limit, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time without any obligation to preserve every template, page, workflow, feature, or export format indefinitely.
4. No law firm, no legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship
Jurfi is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, advocacy, or regulated professional services.
Use of Jurfi does not create an attorney-client, advocate-client, fiduciary, or comparable protected professional relationship.
If your situation involves unusual liability, regulated sectors, negotiation-sensitive terms, cross-border legal risk, disputes, complex employment issues, corporate governance, litigation, tax, inheritance, family matters, criminal exposure, or other high-risk circumstances, you should obtain review from a qualified legal professional.
5. Your responsibility for inputs, facts, and final output
You are solely responsible for the factual accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you enter into Jurfi, including names, dates, jurisdictions, payment flows, product behavior, data practices, operational arrangements, and business facts.
You are also solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving any draft, export, or final document before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to another person, using it in customer-facing materials, or signing it.
A generated draft may be useful and well structured, but it may still require factual correction, market-specific adjustment, jurisdiction-specific adaptation, or professional review before real-world use.
6. Permitted use
You may use Jurfi only for lawful, legitimate, and non-deceptive purposes consistent with the nature of the service.
You must not use Jurfi to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unlawful data collection, unlawful publication, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, deception, or any other abusive or unlawful activity.
You must not submit malicious code, interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to bypass technical limits, extract the service in a destructive manner, or impair the experience of other users.
7. Exports, publication, and downstream use
Once you copy or export a draft, you are responsible for how it is stored, edited, transferred, shared, published, or relied upon thereafter.
Before publication, signature, distribution, or operational use, you should verify the final text against the actual facts, jurisdictions, payment arrangements, technical stack, data-processing practices, and business model it is supposed to describe.
Jurfi is intended to help produce a strong working draft. The final legal, commercial, and compliance risk of using the output remains with you.
8. Intellectual property and limited license
All rights in and to Jurfi, including its software, drafting logic, structure, text selection, branding, design, website materials, and related content, belong to Sergey Solod or the relevant rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Jurfi for its intended drafting purpose.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Jurfi or any of its protected elements to you.
9. Availability, updates, and service changes
Jurfi is provided on an evolving basis. We may update templates, revise wording, adjust supported document categories, change drafting logic, add or remove pages, or alter the way the product behaves over time.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent feature stability, universal applicability of every template, or continued support for every prior workflow or export format.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Jurfi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that every draft will be sufficient for every market, every jurisdiction, every regulated context, or every factual situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sergey Solod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible loss arising out of or relating to your use of, inability to use, publication of, or reliance on Jurfi or any draft generated through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Privacy
Use of Jurfi is also governed by the Jurfi Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.
13. Governing legal framework and severability
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable mandatory law. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
