This Privacy Policy explains how Jurfi handles browser-side draft data, local storage, exports, Yandex Metrica analytics, support communications, and related technical processing on jurfi.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how Jurfi handles browser-side draft data, local storage, exports, Yandex Metrica analytics, support communications, and related technical processing on jurfi.com.

1. Who operates Jurfi

Jurfi is created and operated by Sergey Solod. For privacy, data protection, or legal inquiries relating to Jurfi, you may contact sergeissolod@gmail.com.

Jurfi is a browser-based legal document studio for practical templates, structured questionnaires, draft review, and export workflows for businesses and private individuals.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Jurfi website, its document generator flows, related content pages, export-related interactions, and support communications connected with the service.

This Policy applies to jurfi.com and to the information processed in connection with the operation, security, and improvement of the service.

3. How Jurfi works

Jurfi is designed as a static website and browser-based drafting studio. The core drafting flow is assembled in the user's browser from structured templates, conditional logic, and the answers entered into the form.

The base draft is not generated by a remote artificial intelligence model or an external text-generation interface. Jurfi does not require a dedicated server-side drafting backend in order to prepare the initial document text.

This architecture reduces the amount of draft content that needs to be transmitted away from the user's device merely to create the first working version of a document.

4. Information we may process

We may process information that you choose to enter into the generator, such as names, dates, addresses, payment terms, business details, operational practices, product descriptions, and similar drafting inputs.

We may process technical information necessary to deliver, protect, and maintain the website, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system information, requested pages, timestamps, referring source, and similar request metadata.

We may process limited information contained in support requests or email communications, including your email address, the contents of your message, and any contextual information you voluntarily provide.

We may also process analytics-related information about page visits, generator interactions, feature usage, and general website behavior where analytics is enabled and permitted under applicable law.

5. Local drafts, browser storage, and exports

Jurfi may store draft answers and related drafting state in browser-side local storage on your device so that you can revisit a draft by language, document type, or similar internal structure.

Locally stored drafts may disappear if you clear browser storage, use restrictive browsing modes, switch devices, reset the browser, or otherwise remove locally stored data.

When you copy or export document text, you intentionally move that text outside the browser workspace. From that point onward, the privacy and security of the exported text depend on where you store it, who receives it, and which systems handle it next.

Because certain drafts may remain entirely local to your browser, we may be unable to retrieve or restore locally stored draft content if it was never transmitted to us.

6. Accounts and required submissions

Jurfi does not require a user account for the core public drafting flow described on the site.

Jurfi also does not require you to submit a completed questionnaire to a remote drafting engine merely to generate the base document draft in the ordinary product flow.

7. Cookies, Yandex Metrica, and similar technologies

Jurfi may use browser storage, cookies, or similar client-side technologies to preserve local drafts, remember limited product state, support language preferences, and maintain ordinary website functionality.

Jurfi may also use Yandex Metrica to understand page views, generator usage patterns, product behavior, and general website performance. Yandex Metrica and similar analytics technologies may use cookies, identifiers, or comparable mechanisms.

We do not intentionally seek to transmit confidential draft content, passwords, private legal records, client secrets, or other sensitive information to analytics systems. Users should avoid entering information into support forms or public-site workflows that is not reasonably necessary for the relevant task.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential analytics technologies, such technologies should be activated only after the required consent has been obtained.

8. Purposes of processing

We process information to provide the service, assemble and preserve drafting workflows, support exports, maintain website functionality, answer messages, diagnose issues, improve content quality, and protect the service against misuse.

We may also process information to understand how users interact with Jurfi, which templates or pages are useful, where friction appears, and how to improve drafting clarity, product structure, and operational reliability.

Where necessary, we may process information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

9. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we may rely on one or more of the following grounds: your consent, the necessity of providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving Jurfi, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where non-essential analytics technologies require prior consent, we rely on consent before activating those technologies.

10. Sharing of information

We may share limited information with hosting providers, content delivery providers, analytics providers, email providers, security providers, and other technical service providers to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, analyze, and improve Jurfi.

We may also disclose information where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, lawful request by a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, legitimate interests, or the integrity of the service.

We do not sell personal data as a standalone product.

11. Retention

We retain information for no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service operation, support, security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and reasonable recordkeeping.

Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, continue communications, resolve disputes, or preserve a reasonable history of the exchange.

Locally stored browser drafts remain under the control of the user on the user's device until they are removed, overwritten, or otherwise cleared from the browser environment.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the website and the information processed in connection with it. However, no method of transmission, storage, or technical operation can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

You should not send passwords, confidential client materials, internal legal strategies, private records, identification documents, or other sensitive information unless a clearly appropriate and secure channel has been designated for that purpose.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings and, where available, through website consent controls.

To make a privacy-related request, please contact sergeissolod@gmail.com. We may request reasonable verification of identity and sufficient context to locate the information relevant to the request.

14. Children's privacy

Jurfi is not intended for the deliberate collection of personal data from children in circumstances where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law.

If you believe that personal data relating to a child has been provided to Jurfi inappropriately, please contact sergeissolod@gmail.com.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, its infrastructure, analytics setup, legal obligations, or operational practices.
